IMPORTANT: DFW Emergency Plumbing is a plumber connection and referral service. We are NOT a plumbing company. We connect customers with independent, licensed plumbers in the DFW area. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using dfwemergencyplumber.com (the "Website") or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Website or services.

2. Description of Service

DFW Emergency Plumbing operates as a connection and referral service. We:

Connect customers with licensed, independent plumbing contractors in the DFW area
Forward customer contact information to plumbers in our network
Do NOT perform plumbing services ourselves
Do NOT employ plumbers directly
Do NOT guarantee the quality, timing, or outcome of plumbing work

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete contact information
Be at least 18 years of age
Not misuse our services or Website
Communicate directly with the plumber we connect you with regarding service details, pricing, and scheduling
Accept that the plumber you are connected with is an independent contractor, not our employee

4. No Guarantee of Service

We make reasonable efforts to connect you with licensed plumbers, but we:

Do NOT guarantee that a plumber will accept your service request
Do NOT guarantee response times (though we aim for 30 minutes)
Do NOT guarantee pricing, quality, or outcomes of plumbing work
Are NOT responsible for the actions or omissions of independent plumbers

5. Relationship with Plumbers

Independent Contractors: All plumbers in our network are independent contractors. They are NOT our employees, agents, or representatives. Each plumber:

Operates their own independent business
Sets their own pricing and terms
Carries their own licenses and insurance
Is solely responsible for the quality and outcome of their work

6. Pricing and Payment

Our Service is Free to Customers. You do NOT pay us for connecting you with a plumber. However:

You will pay the plumber directly for their services
Pricing is determined by the plumber, not by us
Payment terms are between you and the plumber
We are NOT responsible for billing disputes

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

DFW Emergency Plumbing is NOT liable for any damages arising from plumbing services performed by independent contractors
We are NOT responsible for property damage, personal injury, or financial losses resulting from plumbing work
We are NOT liable for delays, cancellations, or no-shows by plumbers
Our total liability to you shall not exceed $100

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of plumbers
Warranties that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFW Emergency Plumbing from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms
Services performed by independent plumbers we connect you with

10. Dispute Resolution with Plumbers

Any disputes regarding pricing, quality of work, or service issues must be resolved directly between you and the plumber. We are NOT a party to such disputes and have NO obligation to mediate or resolve them.

11. Call Recording

Calls to our phone number may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and lead verification. By calling, you consent to recording.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of DFW Emergency Plumbing and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
